AML / KYC Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026

MaliSwap Limited is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in line with applicable regulations. This is a template pending final review by legal counsel.

1. Identity Verification

All users must complete identity verification before sending or receiving funds, including a government-issued ID and a live selfie.

2. Ongoing Monitoring

Transactions are monitored for patterns consistent with fraud or illicit activity. Unusual activity may trigger additional verification requests.

3. Fair Process

We aim for proactive, frictionless verification. Any account restriction is communicated clearly, with a defined process to resolve it - never a silent, unexplained freeze.

4. Reporting Obligations

MaliSwap complies with applicable reporting obligations to relevant financial authorities in each operating jurisdiction.
