  2. Past Event Jan 15, 2026 · Milestone Company Incorporated in Kenya

    MaliSwap Limited officially registered, laying the legal foundation for the platform.

  3. Past Event Feb 10, 2026 · Funding Seed Funding Round Closed

    Closed our seed round, giving us the runway to build out the core platform and compliance engine.

  4. Past Event Mar 20, 2026 · Product Core Platform & KYC/AML Engine Completed

    Finished building the core transfer engine and identity verification system that powers every transaction.

  5. Achieved Milestone 3 Months Before Launch · Product Complete Platform & Compliance Build

    Finish building the core transfer engine, KYC/AML systems, and security infrastructure that will power every transaction.

  6. Past Event May 5, 2026 · Partnership Kenya Payout Partnership Signed

    Signed our first payout partnership, connecting MaliSwap directly to M-Pesa for instant delivery in Kenya.

    Finalize partnerships with mobile money and bank payout providers across our first corridors.

    Opened our first two corridors to waitlist members — UAE to Kenya and US to Kenya are now live.
